In the matter of the estate of Ole L. Wagseth, deceased. Notice is hereby given by the undersigned E. L. Shane, administrator of the estate of Ole L. Wagseth late of the P.O. of Dogtooth, in the county of Morton and the state of North Dakota, deceased, to the creditors of and all persons having claims against, said deceased, to exhibit them with necessary publicatoin of this notice, to said administrator at the office of Hanley & Sullivan in the city of Mandan in said Morton county N.D.

E.L. Shane, who is administrator of an estate, will sell at public auction on section 30-133-85, 9 miles southwest of Raleigh, on Saturday, December 2, the following described property, to-wit: One roan mare, one buckskin mare, one roan mare 3 years old, one bay gelding 3 years old, one black gelding, one cow and one yearling steer, farm machinery, 300 pounds of smooth wire, 100 fence posts and a few household goods and a thoroughbred shorthorn bull 4 years old. A.J. Bodie is the auctioneer, and S.M. Carpenter will do the clerk stunt. Remember the date. |
